Thomas G. Eschweiler

Thomas G. Eschweiler is an Attorney and received his Bachelor of Science, with honors, in Electrical Engineering in 1990 from Michigan State University, where he was a member of Tau Beta Pi and Eta Kappa Nu. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University in 1996, where he was a member of the SMU Law Review, working as a Managing Editor, and received the Richards, Medlock & Andrews Patent Law Award.

Gregory J. Adams

Gregory J. Adams is an Attorney, and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1998 and the Minnesota Bar in 1999. Additionally, Greg was registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in 1999. Greg received his Bachelor’s degree from the Ohio State University in Electrical Engineering with a computer option (B.S., 1991). He received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University Law School in Cleveland, Ohio in May 1998, and received a graduate degree in computer science (MCIS) from Cleveland State University in December of 2002.

David W. Potashnik

David W. Potashnik is a Patent Attorney who earned his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering in 2001 from the University of Notre Dame. He received his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, with a Certificate in Intellectual Property from the University of Akron in 2006. While attending law school, Dave worked as a full-time patent agent and prepared and prosecuted more than 100 patent applications in a variety of technology disciplines. He also has experience in legal opinion work.

James R. Potashnik

James R. Potashnik is an Attorney and earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law in 2011 and was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 2011. His technical areas of expertise include physics and electrical engineering. James received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics cum laude from John Carroll University in 2001. He also received a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering in 2003 from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a research fellow, and a Master of Science in Physics in 2005 from the Ohio State University, where he was also a research fellow.

Michele M. Tyrpak

Michele M. Tyrpak is an Attorney who earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology, with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry, from Cleveland State University in 1987. While working as a research chemist, she completed her law degree at Cleveland State University in 1994.
